The Senate of Parliament

In order to be eligible to serve a senator, an individual must have passed the bar of the law.

Senators may be affiliated with a political party or they may be elected as independents.

The Leader of the Political Party with most seats becomes the Prime Minister and shall appoint a cabinet to oversee the administrative functions of the government.

There are no term limits for senators. They may continue to serve for as many terms as their constituents elect them.

The Senate of Parliament may create new crown Corporations.

To observe the Proceedings of the Peoples congress and craft laws in order to address the problems raised by congress and present those laws to the judicial high council to ensure it is in keeping with the constitution.
